Our Washable MERV 5 & MERV 7 electrostatic air filters are designed to replace costly disposable air filters in HVAC systems with minimal efficiency requirements. Our electrostatic filters use washable polyester and polypropylene media which generates an electrostatic charge as air passes through it. Airborne pollutants such as dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and lint particles attract to the media and are held in place until washed away. Corner drain holes facilitate faster drying times after washings. Popular applications include home and office furnaces where high efficiency filters are not required.
