Orders within the contiguous 48 States are eligible for Free Shipping on orders over $99.

Canada and Hawaii shipments receive a flat rate shipping charge.

International orders will be placed on ship hold until you are quoted a freight cost and pay over the phone.

Most standard filter sizes ship within 3-5 business days.

Custom sizes ship within 7-10 business days.

Air Filter Delivery

FedEx Ground delivery time ranges from 1 – 3 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States (based on location and carrier). We do not control the transit time once FedEx picks up the package. Please refer to the tracking information for accurate updates.

Changes to delivery addresses after shipment cannot be rerouted however, they can be rejected and returned back to the sender.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Custom sized filters made correctly to order are not eligible for return.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment minus the estimated cost of shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number from the confirmation email or in the order found in your account.

For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the package has been damaged or tampered with. 

Please allow 7 -12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please allow 3 days from return receipt for inspection and approval. You will be notified once your return is received, inspected and whether it is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which is out of our control.
