Refund Policy:

Custom Sized Filters: Custom sized filters produced accurately to ordered dimensions are not returnable or refundable. As customs, we are unable to re-sell them to other customers.

Standard Size Filters: We have a 30-day return policy for standard in-stock filter sizes, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The package will be returned to its original sender if the package has been damaged or tampered with.

Please allow 7 -12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@metalairfilters.com If your return is accepted, We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please allow 3 days from return receipt for inspection and approval. You will be notified once your return is received, inspected and whether it is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, which is out of our control.

Production lead times for all orders averages 8-10 business days from order placement. Shipping transit times vary and depend on the shipping location in relation to our production facility.

An email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships. To check on the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the email.

You are not liable for your order while it is being shipped. All metalairfilters’s shipments are fully insured by metalairfilters.com.

We are happy to ship to Military APO, as well as FPO boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date.
